  The Youth Guarantee applies to people aged 16 to 30 who need help from Nav to find work or complete their education.

• Youth program (Ungdomsprogrammet)

  A full-time program for individuals aged 18 to 29 who need extra support to enter the workforce. This is a pilot scheme available only at a few selected Nav offices.
