Survivor benefit when you recieve disability benefit

You may be eligible for a survivor benefit if your spouse dies. This is a supplement to your disability benefit, which is calculated both according to your and your deceased spouse's contribution time. A partner or cohabiting partner with whom you have joint children are considered the same as a spouse. If you remarry, you will no longer receive the supplement.

Survivor benefit is adjusted according to insurance period and degree of disability.

Survivor benefit is reduced if your income is higher than the income limit.
