Case processing times for employers
Nav processes your application as soon as possible. The processing time is the time from when we receive your application until we have decided on your case.
In particularly demanding cases or cases where we have not received the complete and correct information, the processing time may be longer than we initially indicated.
The processing time can be changed at short notice, even after we have received your application. This applies in particular during holiday periods.
If you are applying for a change to a benefit that you are already receiving or a benefit that has been stopped, we will have to reprocess your case.
