Report changes to your case
When you get support from Nav, you must report any changes that may affect your case. This includes changes in income, address, work or family situation, or if you plan to stay abroad.
You can also submit a statement in cases that are being processed.
You cannot write to us on behalf of others, such as children, parents, or someone you act as a guardian for. In such cases, you must call us at 55 55 33 33.
