If you apply digitally, you can also apply for contractual pension (AFP) in the private sector.

If you have applied for or have already been granted retirement pension, you must send the application for AFP by mail. 

• Submit digitally

  The fastest and easiest way is to submit the application digitally. You will be asked to log in.

  The digital application is in Norwegian.
• Submit by post

  You fill out the application before printing it out. You do not need to log in.
• Download paper form

  You must print out a paper form that you fill out by hand and submit by post. You do not need to log in.
