Declaration of damages in the event of an occupational accident

You can submit a declaration digitally for yourself, or on behalf of your children who are registered on the same address as you.

If you are to submit a claim on behalf of others as a guardian or with a power of attorney, you must still submit the declaration of the damage in the post.
