Income information for employees who are to receive sickness benefits
The income report is sent digitally. It can be submitted at the earliest four weeks before the absence starts.
If you are going to provide information about an employee at an embassy or in a company without an organization number, you can send an income report by post.
How would you like to submit the form?
- Submit digitally at nav.noThis is a new form that NAV has developed, where you send the income report from nav.no. The form only applies to applications for sickness benefit. You will be asked to log in.
- Submit digitally at AltinnIf you have not received a notice to submit an income statement on My side - employer (Min side - arbeidsgiver), you can still submit via Altinn.
- Download paper formYou must print out a paper form that you fill out by hand and submit by post. You do not need to log in.
