NAV needs information from you 

NAV needs help from you as an employer in order to be able to pay salary compensation to your employees who are currently or have been laid off. 

More than 39,000 employers have submitted information to NAV, and their employees have received salary compensation. However, we have still not received the necessary information from some employers. 

In order for us to be able to pay out salary compensation to your employees, you must report information via NAV’s system for salary compensation and refunds. Submission of information here also triggers payment of refunds to employers who have paid their employees in advance. 

As soon as you have done this, we will pay out the money within 2–3 working days. 

If you have already submitted the required information, you can disregard this letter.
