The EURES adviser will:

• Help you promote your job vacancy all over Norway
• Provide information about the labour market situation in Norway
• Inform you about other medias for advertising (newspapers, web sites, professional magazines), if needed. NB: your company will have to cover the costs of advertising.
• Give advice when writing the job advertisement

The EURES adviser might also help you:

• Find and/or select candidates
• Participate at recruitment events in Norway

Your vacancy will as a minimum be advertised on the Norwegian Employment and Welfare web site www.nav.no, which is the largest and most visited vacancy database in Norway.

As a European employer, you may also search for candidates through the EURES CV database via the European Job Mobility Portal, where mobile Norwegian jobseekers (and other Europeans) register their CV.
