Exemption card has been transferred from NAV to HELFO.
Friday 21 May is the last day new applications for exemption cards for user fee group 1 are handled by NAV-offices.
After 1 June HELFO will send the exemption card automatically by mail when you have paid NOK 1840 in user fees. If you have paid more, the money will be refunded to your bank account.
Exemption card for user fee group 2 is not automatic. After 1 June you will have to send an application to your regional HELFO-office.
