I live in Spain and my cohabitant is pregnant. Can I claim paternal quota when the child is born?

I am working on the Norwegian continental shelf, have married a Hungarian girl and plan to move there. What happens to my national insurance entitlements?
Answer: Even if you live in Hungary, you are a compulsory member of the Norwegian National Insurance Scheme. You continue to earn pension rights under the National Insurance Act and are entitled to national insurance coverage if you become sick and use health services in Norway. You will also be entitled to have health services covered in Hungary under Hungarian legislation. This will be shown on form E 106 which you will receive after you have sent an application to NAV National Office for Social Insurance Abroad. Due to NAV's assessment of the health facilities in Hungary, you can claim health services covered according to Norwegian legislation. The claim should be sent to NAV Health Service Administration. The treatment must be performed by a doctor or hospital approved by NAV.
Answer: The whole family must be members of the Norwegian National Insurance Scheme in order to have this entitlement. Most people will not be entitled to family allowance outside the EEA as family members are not, as a rule, entitled to membership of the NorwegianNational Insurance Scheme.
Answer: If one of the parents is a member of the Norwegian National Insurance Scheme and the other unemployed, you will be entitled to family allowance under Norwegian legislation. If both parents are employed, and only one of them is a member of the Norwegian National Insurance Scheme, you will be entitled to family allowance from the country in which you live. If the family allowance is less than in Norway, you can apply to the Norwegian National Insurance Scheme to make up the difference.
